Note: Not all wood types are suitable for outdoor use. Make sure your fence uses pressure-treated wood rated for outdoor exposure, at least class 3.

How to install a wood fence?

Our wood and composite fence slats are designed to fit directly into rigid mesh panels. They slide into the mesh using narrow V-shaped profiles.
A common question: how do you secure a wood fence? Split hazel fencing and woven hazel panels are installed using dedicated wood posts or stakes.
Dig holes for the first and last posts, set them in place, and brace each post. Space the remaining posts about 5 feet apart and drive them into the ground. Attach the split hazel fencing to the posts with nails or screws. You can even add a gate if needed.

What are the regulations for installing wood fencing?

Check your local zoning or planning regulations to confirm that wood fencing is allowed. Some municipalities may restrict certain types of fences or privacy screens.
