How We Ship Your Order

Unlike most e-commerce sites, we can't ship fencing products using standard delivery services. Our fence panels are 2.53 meters (about 8.3 feet) long, shipped flat on a pallet, and can't be loaded from the rear of a truck. Fence pallets must be side-loaded, which requires specialized trucks and equipment. Each order is always 2.53 meters long, between 1 and 2 meters wide (depending on your fence height), and 0.3 to 1 meter high based on the number of panels you order.

How Delivery Works with DISTRICLOS

If You’re Near a DISTRICLOS Branch

If you’re within the delivery area of one of our branches, your order will be prepared directly at that location. You’ll receive email updates as your order moves through our warehouse. Once your order is ready, you’ll get an email letting you know it’s prepared for delivery. At this stage, it’s not yet loaded onto a truck—our drivers will load it for delivery in the following days. Delivery routes are scheduled for each area around a branch, and delivery usually takes less than 10 days.

Your order will be delivered by a DISTRICLOS truck to your property line. You’ll need to be present to help the driver unload each part of your order at the edge of your property.

If you selected the home unloading option, the driver will unload each part of your fence directly into your yard.

If You’re Not Near a Branch

If you’re outside a branch’s delivery area, your order will be prepared at our national warehouse in Burgundy. You’ll receive email updates as your order is processed. Once it’s ready, you’ll get an email confirming it’s prepared for delivery. At this point, it’s not yet on a truck, as we use different carriers depending on your location. When your order is loaded for shipping, the status will change to "out for delivery," and the carrier has up to 15 days to deliver.

   

Your order will be delivered by a side-unloading semi-truck with a forklift. The pallet will be placed at the edge of your property.

For Urgent Deliveries

If you need your order faster than the standard 10 to 15 day delivery window, we can arrange a dedicated carrier from our Burgundy warehouse directly to your home. Delivery can be made within 72 hours or less, but this option comes at a higher cost.

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the products in your order.
